Parliament of India

Leaders on whom lies the fate of an organisation or trade union or a state government or a country have become lover of flattery, have become lover of money and lover of high post without merit. Root cause of all mishappenings, irregularities, fraud or cheating lies in nothing but flattery which shuts the eyes, ears and mind & heart of leaders. Leaders become self cantered and sacrifice the interest of the masses for whom they are meant. They forget God and minimum moral and religious values. New record of corruption will precipitate if a total investigation is made into what Shiela Dikchit has done in Delhi. When a person becomes popular he becomes more prone to bad habits and there are more chances of committing fraud with the system.
Corruption cannot end in India until government takes harsh steps to stop flattery. Yes man and bribe give equally responsible for rampant corruption and for damaging the right course of action. Looting of money from a person through bribe is less harmful than looting of pride, self respect of service men or businessmen or professionals. All is well sir or No Problem sir culture is killing the enthusiasm of real workers, real Indians and real businessmen because flatterers by dint of their actions hypnotize the top officials and ministers and get success in getting undue benefit or up gradation in service or better posting and quick promotion in service at the cost of many genuine workers.
CVC as such cannot stop corruption said to be rampant in work done for Common wealth Games in Delhi because they also become victim of this disease. CVC has to survive in the same system where perpetuators or corruption are sitting at the helm of affairs. Officers at vulnerable and responsible post at CVC or CBI or audit offices are chosen from a team of best flatterers. CVC has to be bold enough and has to stop corruption in transfers, posting and promotion as also in recruitment processes of government employees and bring about maximum transparency, eliminate the channel of Interview which gives rise to whimsical and biased decision. When honest and sincere officers are shunted in remote areas or posted in insignificant corners it is but natural that such officers will prefer indulging in flattery than wasting energy in good work.
CVC or for that matter Government of India has to make judicial process quick, affordable effective and honest so that victim of the system may approach court without any fear of repercussion. Fear of punishment may only keep flatterers and corrupt person away from the system. Similarly media has to take pro active and innovative initiativesto expose corrupt practices, conduct sting operation and do all acts deemed fit to expose the mischievous elements occupying top posts in government offices, ministry , banks, insurance companies, CBI, vigilance department, judiciary, tax departments etc who sell transfer, posting and promotions in service sector or who willfully torture and blackmail a good businessmen who do not flatter or bribe an officer.

Bipartite settlement in Bank

It is a matter of great pleasure that Madras High court has granted interim stay on the clause authorizing banks to deduct 2.8 times of November revised salary from the arrear of PF optees who are likely to opt for second option of Pension, an opportunity granted under 9th Bipartite Settlement signed between IBA and leaders of unions of various banks. I congratulate officers of Canara Bank unit who initiated the legal battle against discriminatory settlement signed by union leaders in banks and I take this opportunity to condemn IBA team under the leadership of Mr. M V Nair who left no stone unturned to divide the officer’s fraternity by introducing various discriminatory and unconstitutional clauses in the said settlement.

It is open secret that bank management is made of flatterers and yes-men who are least bothered of ethics or constitutional values or even the quality of assets of banks. They are least bothered of genuine grievance of loyal and devoted workers who think, act and even dream for the benefit of banks they are associated with. It is banks where even posting and promotions are effected not based on merit but on the strength of an officer in yesmanism and his ability to flatter his bosses and capability in earning illegal money and sharing with the same with the bosses.

In such position officers annoyed with discriminatory elements of the said settlement have got a great relief after the stay granted by Madras High Court .I hope even now our Finance Minister and Prime Minister will understand the facts related to agreement mentioned above and perpetual reign of injustice prevailing in banking industry particularly PSU banks. I hope Government of India will act against dirty elements in Banking industry and especially in IBA and get rid of them before it is too late.

I would like to add here that if justice is not delayed in courts and good advocates become available at reasonable cost in all towns and cities I think thousands of cases will be filed against reign of injustice perpetuated by bank management.

I am ready to extend my whole hearted support to all those who have initiated legal battle against the bank and who have contributed directly or indirectly in the fight to get justice. I pray judges to quicken the process at their best so that bank management may not take advantage of judicial delay in carrying out their whimsical decisions based on vested self interest.

If finally high court scraps the clause of discriminatory recovery from PF optees the signatories of the said settlement should own responsibility and resign on moral ground. When a mistake is committed by a staff in a branch of a bank, the branch head of that branch is held responsible and punished suitably by higher management of the bank. Then why not top officials who signed the said 9th Bipartite Settlement which is found to be illegal, unconstitutional (violation of fundamental right of equality before law enshrined in the Constitution) should be punished suitably by Ministry and Government of India. The higher officials must have vision and future repercussion of illegal and discriminatory clause of the agreement they sign.

I congratulate organizers of website Allbankingsolution.com who have been extending their best cooperation in serving the cause of bank employees in general and PF optees in particular who have been given discriminatory treatment by signatories of the said 9th Bipartite settlement for bank employees in April 2010.

Politicis in India

It is not only Anderson only, but all VIP culprits are ignored and freed from clutches of all laws of land. Flatterers in all offices are invariably promoted and given respectable position. Posting and posting also works as promotion and on the contrary promotion sometimes acts as a demotivator. When all flatterers are holding top post anything can be managed on phone and ministers do not required to come in picture. One telephonic call is enough to make or mar one's career and hence every right or wrong instruction from boss is carried out by juniors easily even at the cost of lives of innocent people or safety, security, unity and integrity or even pride of the nation. This is why that even after lapse of 25 years, culprits of Sikh Riots of 1984 and Bhopal Gas Tragedy of 1984 are still roaming free. None of VIPs who were actually master mind in the greatest scam and scandal could be punished; it may be Bofors case, Chara scam, Ruchika-Rathore case stock scam UTI ghotala, stamp scam or any small case of fraud or misuse of HRD policies perpetuated at low level. It is ironical that good persons are made victim for ill works of bad person, it is the saddest part of Indian administration and Indian politics. When courts are incapable and dishonest, the scope of even justice from judiciary cannot be dreamt of.

It is not the systemic failure but it is the system prevalent in India. In India corrupt person get priority in all fields and honest and devoted workers are shunted out or placed at a critical and difficult place. Extradition of Anderson demanded by few politicians is not going to serve any purpose other than an attempt to befool Indian citizen once again. Political parties are blaming each other but none of them appears to be seriously sympathetic towards the pain of common men. We live in a country which is for rich people, by rich people and of rich people. It is rich man’s democracy

Rich and influential people delay the proceeding of court as much as possible to avoid decision and eliminate witnesses so that the case may become weak and ineffective. CBI more often than not weaken the presentation of the case when they get enough gifts in either cash or in kinds from the culprit or they get enough pressure from heavy weights ruling the country. In all big cases of political scam or administrative corruption or any scandal two and three decades are wasted in judicial proceedings in a very easy way and in a very casual and normal way. Indian courts usually deliver justice after two three decades. As such Bhopal gas judgment does not appear that much astonishing in India.

No doubt foreigners laugh at Indian style of functioning in all sphere and fate of big cases involving VIPs of the country. Such cases are either languishing in courts for last two or three decades or in such cases, actual culprits are acquitted or lightly punished.

Even Law minister shamelessly accepts that the justice is not only delayed but buried. Judgment on Bhopal Gas mishap has made it more crystal clear that any Indian cannot expect justice from Indian court until he has money and muscle power to build pressure on advocates and judges. And persons who are having money and muscle power have the capacity to mould the decision in their favour and unfortunately in such heinous task they get full fledged support from politicians, ministers and administrative bosses. Entire talks of judicial reforms going on in political arena for last two- three decades are nothing but Bakwas and it is politicians who are fully responsible for making mockery of Indian democracy as well as judiciary. Even PM admits the cancer of corruption but fail to eradicate it. President of India prefers to be deaf and dump and think it wise to remain silent spectator of Chirharan of Draupdi (innocent citizen) apparently to respect spirit of the Constitution.

It will not be untrue to say about Indian judicial system, that culprits become very happy when a case is lodged against them in any court. Police may be managed with some difficulty and after heavy payments but courts and even CBI people can be managed comparatively easily and comfortably .Judgments can be manipulated in collusion with advocates or heavy weights comparatively easily and more comfortably. Not only this even ruling political party get rid of public protests and hotshots from angry members of opposition parties once they sanction CBI inquiry or lodge FIR in Thana and lodge case in Indian court against any big criminal act or terror act. After all who is bothered of whether such CBI cases or CBI inquiry eventually proves to be futile exercise.

President's Rule is imminent in Jharkhand

Politics of Sibu Soren (and his team members), the unfortunate Chief Minister of Unfortunate state Jharkhand has always been to remain in power somehow or the other. He has contributed nothing for tribals in fact. He has done nothing for the state whenever he was in power at state level or at central level .He and his gang men always made efforts to accumulate wealth by extorting money from businessmen, demanding money by vehicles owner passing on the road, or forcefully collecting money from people in service using musclemen of his party. Not only Sibu Soren , even other Chief Ministers and ministers who headed Jharkhand before him and other so called leaders of tribal people of Jharkhand have simply misused tribal sentiments for personal gains. Leaders of Jharkhand mostly indulged in caste politics and almost ignored welfare steps desired to be taken by them as promised by them during election rallies and in their election manifestos.

Otherwise a rich state like Jharkhand after its separation of undivided Bihar could have remained far better than divided Bihar. People in Jharkhand could never imagine that the state of Bihar will attain the prosperity in such a short span of time and leave Jharkhand far behind in the race of development, welfare of local poor residents and improvement of standard of living of people always categorized as the most backward in the country.

I say the people of Jharkhand are unfortunate that despite all mineral resources and lacs of talented people available in the state, people of Jharkhand state are constrained to go to other states for education and also for earning their livelihood. It is unfortunate that even in farming, the state is far behind than the neighboring state Bihar. Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of Bihar in particular has turned the image of Bihar and he is proud to get second rank in the matter of development .Nitish Kumar has become an icon to reckon with at national level. On the contrary Jharkhand have been ruined by Chief Minster like Madhu Koda or Sibu Soren. But Personal property of all ministers have grown in hundreds of crores of rupees.

The main reason behind continued backwardness of the state and increasing poverty in the state is large scale corruption prevailing in the system. Unfortunately almost all leaders who ruled the state after its birth looted the state fund to the maximum extent possible. Administrative officers either supported ministers in perpetuating corruption or remained silent spectator in fear of repercussion in their career as also in their personal life. In a state where flattery and bribe are the main criteria for promotion in career in service or position up gradation in politics or for getting success in any business, one cannot even dream of actual development. More or less the same situation prevails all where in the country, but the position of Jharkhand state tops the list of states in this aspect. Central government is also silent spectator of all these mishappenings only to gain political advantage out of mess created by corrupt leaders of local parties and to keep Bhartiya Janta Party away from power. Ultimately people of the state have remained the sufferer and victim of misrule.

CM Maharahtra ,the great yesman

Congress party is a party of flatterers and hence even UPA ( ruling party) headed by Congress party is dominated by those who flatterer the high command and follow her by hook or by crook, even if it is needed to humiliate the person of high repute such as Abhitabh Bachhan. They want Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Amir Khan to popularize Congress party candidates and enhance their winability in election. Congress Party leaders do not believe in doing work for the area where people voted them to power.

Traditionally it is observed that none in Congress party could ever dare of going against High command in congress Party. This is why Chief Minister of Maharashtra thought it better and beneficial to humiliate even International fame icon Abhitabh Bachhan just to please Sonia. Leaders of Congress party do not hesitate in speaking white lie just to obey the order of high command, right or wrong it may be. Survival of congress party itself depends not on its performance but its opposition to BJP and favour to those who support Muslim line. Abhitabh on the other hand accepted offer of Gujarat CM to become brand ambassador of Tourism in the state of Gujarat. It is not digestible for Congress High Command.

In congress party, none is really interested for image of the country. They therefore do not hesitate to give Bharat Ratna award to disputed figure, Padam Bibhusan award to film hero of lesser fame and lesser popularity etc. Even promotions and posting of IAS and IPS officers, judges, Chairman of various departments and PSUs depends on their degree of flattery to ministers and high command, ant not at all on their merit , talent or performance in their area of operation.

Our country in brief is a country of yes-men and flatterers, not performers.

Even president of India do not have courage to move or even speak against High Command. Even letters written to field level juniors to top level President of India are formally accepted and thrown in dustbin if the contents of the same go against the desire of High Command. Even media people worship those who are in power. Therefore it is not unjustified to say that India is a country of yes-men and flatterers.

Our Government is misguided by USA

It was told after Mumbai 26/11 attack that India will not keep mum, rather retaliate and retort Pakistan if Mumbai incident is repeated by Pakistan based terrorists; India will not resume dialogue if terrorists identified by India are not booked to task by Pakistan and so on .

Even American representative during his visit in India told that India will lose patience if Mumbai terror attack is repeated. He advised Pakistan not to test India’s patience and stop terrorist’s activity going on freely in Pakistan’s territory or PoK.

Inspite of all India faced another terror blast in PUNE in the last month. Inspite of all indirect threat to Pakistan, they did not take action against the real culprits, rather they were engaged in maligning India and threatening of war against India if Kashmir issue is not settled soon, or dispute on water is not resolved by India.

Despite all adverse situations, India unilaterally offered talk with Pakistan and exhibited its will to desist from war. This resulted in sending wrong message of cowardice to Pakistan. As such Mr. PM and Mr. President of Pakistan expressed proud that they forced India to seek dialogue with Pakistan despite Pakistan not bowing down under India pressure created through USA. And now Pakistan does not hesitate even to ridicule dialogue process.

What is this?

Is it not shocking and also humiliating for India?

Is it not true that Pakistan is bent upon initiating war against India?

Is it not a fact that USA has been playing dubious and dual role to disturb peace in Asia and keep India and Pakistan engaged in threats and war so that they can sale their aircraft ,arms and ammunitions to Pakistan and India? .

Whatever may be the reality, I do not know about USA. But I can tell that India’s stand on terror has not been firm and consistent.

Tharoor may act as a person of Theatre but I feel sad when Manmohan Singh PM of the country also act as if he is sleeping on death bad and begging peace from Pakistan or more clearly from USA or Saudi Arab.

Due to such weak PM, even domestic terrorism has raised its ugly head, taken a shape of more dreadful monster and proved that Naxalites are more dangerous and well spread in India than what India is facing from Pakistan based terrorists.

Though India is not in favour of third party intervention, USA has been acting as unavoidable third party for both India and Pakistan.

Now it is expressed in some corner of politics that India is under pressure of USA to initiate talk with Pakistan. Ironically USA always speaks of fight against terrorism tooth and nail but in action Americans are purely selfish. USA does not hesitate to fire Drone missile and has been continuously attacking Taliban since long just to take revenge of attack which occurred nine years ago on World trade Center. But the same USA always builds pressure on India to initiate dialogue with Pakistan. Perhaps President Obama is trying to justifying Nobel price which he got by mistake for ensuring world peace. I hope Manmohan Singh is targeting next Nobel price for peace

Who is worried for common men

Highest office in the country is that of President of India. Can anyone expect positive outcome from grievances lodged on website / letters sent to President of India?

Is PM’s or CM’s office responding positively on public grievances lodged with it?

Are courts in India delivering quick justice?

Is it true that letters or grievances are as usual forwarded to concerned department or filed without any action as other subordinate departments are doing?

Is it a fact that office of President’s Secretariat is also suffering from manpower shortage as other offices are suffering in the country?

After all where from common men can expect justice?

Courts in India are also beyond the reach of common men. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Whether India is SuperPower

Do you think USA and CHINA are trying to create bi-polar world order again?
Can India become Super power?

Power makes an individual center of lobbying. Power may be money power or political or social power .Similarly powerful country in the world is considered as Super Power and other nations seek advice and help from Superpower in case of need. Even India looks towards America before taking any decision or framing any idea which pertain to International relation. There may be one, two or three super power country in the world. China or Russia may be considered as probable Superpower by negligible portion of the world but USA is undisputed Superpower as of now.

As such the world may be unipolar or bipolar or multi polar , but till today USA is only considered to be Super Power because it is USA which extends financial and military help to many developing Nations , not China or Russia , of course through IMF or World Bank. Entire financial transactions are quoted in dollar terms and the US currency is more common in International arena than the currency of any other country. Even Euro s not that much transacted as US dollars.

Who knows China? Chinese toys or electrical goods may be cheap but not lasting and hence the image of Chinese goods is not good and even if it is so some to some negligible extent it is not sustainable .Obviously development story of China as f now looks good but to become Super power China has to do more and become sustainable and acceptable to other nations. People from all over the world go for education and job to USA, very few to China or any other country for that matter.

India is of course in creating euphoria of becoming Super power. A country, which cannot give employment to majority of Indians, where 90% of citizens are leading almost a miserable life, where corruption is rampant in all departments, where crores of children are constrained to work for survival of family, where electric power is unavailable for most part of the day and in most part of the country, where judiciary deliver judgment after two or three decades, where political leaders and ministers talk much about caste, community, religion or their region, where patriotism in citizen and love for the country is getting erosion day by day , where unity and integrity of the nation is at stake due to all pervasive Naxalism and extremism cannot imagine of becoming superpower at least in coming decade or two.

Indian GDP growth may be higher than many other countries but the growth so calculated by Statisticians have failed to portray the real picture of Indians and that of Indian Development. And Growth story narrated by veteran economists and politicians are pertaining to hardly five percent of Indians. It is true that there have been considerable good growth during last one decade or two. But it is also true that for achieving the task of social inclusion government still feel helpless and financially weak. Disinvestment of inherited property appears to be one and only solution to deficit financing.

It is true that Indians have vast knowledge and there is huge potential to make India superpower. But unfortunately talented Indians are constrained to go outside for better education or for better job opportunities. It is Indians who go abroad and earn image and get respect better than what he or she could have got in India. Talent of Indians is recognised and respected in USA, Britain and other countries but not that much in India itself. This results in exodus of talent from India.

Can so called GDP growth rate hyped everyday give happiness to Indians or talk of India becoming leader of the world may change the image of Rural India?

Lastly one can conclude and say emphatically that until Indians are respected and recognized India cannot dream of becoming superpower .India have to do lot for Indians first and than to think about competing with other nations of the world. To illustrate Indians banks are advised to merge and go for acquisition so that consolidated bank may compete with foreign banks of the world leaving Indian population crying for essential goods for respectful living .

President of India should stop disrespect to Constitution

Raj Thakre and his goonda elements of MNS (Maharastra Navnirman Sena) in the recent past had created controversy in Maharashtra assembly by insisting elected members to take oath in Marathi. Mr. Abu Azmi of Samajwadi Party (SP) was abused and even slapped in the assembly for trying to take oath in Hindi. Congress Party remained silent spectator and later shed crocodile tears. Shiv Sena found Mr. Raj Thakre playing his flute and hence thought it better to remain silent. BJP being partner of Shiv Sena in politics was in doldrums. In brief none of political party other than SP had courage to stop ugly scene happening in the assembly in fear of loss of Marathi votes. As a consequence there was shameful incident in oath ceremony in Assembly of Maharashtra which was watched and ridiculed all over the country. This was a ridiculous and ludicrous illustration of unity among diversity among politicians and it proved that politicians of various colours were united on Marathi card and they can go to any mean extent for the sake of vote bank.

Earlier to that incident Mr. Thakre and his henchmen attacked on North Indians on many issues. Taxi drivers were beaten and students from Bihar or UP appearing for examination were beaten. All these incidents were against the spirit of the Constitution. But national parties including ruling UPA led by Congress Party allowed rape of Constitution only because it was a question of Marathi vote bank .only because it was a question of survival for many politicians who did not possess any other quality to show performance to voters to lure them. It is shameful and painful that Marathis who fought battle against British are now fighting against their Indian brother only because they hail from North India and not from Maharasthra.

Now the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Ashok Chauhan has played the same card as played by Raj Thakre. Mr. Chauhan, another version of Raj thakre has created similar history by framing a rule for drivers and making it compulsory for them to be domicile of Maharastra (15 years stay in Maharastra) and to possess skill of reading, writing and speaking Marathi to obtain license for driving in the state of Maharastra. It was said in the recent past that Mr. Raj Thakre was bent upon teaching a lesson to his uncle Bal thakre in politics and ambitious to come to power and hence he adopted short cut but condemnable path of using Marathi card. But Ashok Chauhan is already the head of the state and he need not follow the same path. Moreover Mr. Ashok Chauhan represents a National party and holding responsible post of Chief Minister. It is expected that he should understand the spirit of the Constitution, respect the oath he had taken while becoming CM and at least visualize and be cautious about the repercussion of such senseless decisions imposed on Taxi drivers. His counterparts in other states will not remain silent spectator of Tuglaq like rule of Mr. Chauhan and a few of them may not hesitate in framing similar rules in their states.

I would like to raise one pertinent question here , why only taxi drivers are only made scapegoat for political battle played by politicians for their vested interest at the cost of national image, All offices in private or public sector , all manufacturing units in the sate of Maharashtra are manned by person belonging to other states and who are neither domicile nor well versed in Marathi . Non Marathis skilled or unskilled are doing their business or job in the state of Maharastra and are in millions and spread in each nook and corner of the state. Even government offices and state assembly is having many members who belong to other states and who are not well versed in Marathi. Why the same rule as applicable for taxi drivers is not made applicable for all Non Marathis if our dirty politicians at all consider Marathi language as the one and only tool to survive in politics. CEOs of many companies, banks and insurance companies and many other organizations are not well versed in Marathi and hence Mr. Ashok Chauhan should remove them first before victimizing poor taxi drivers without whom entire transportation system of Maharashtra and specially Mumbai will be jeopardized.

It is worthwhile to mention here that people with origin of Bihar, Jharkhand, and UP are working not only in the state of Maharashtra but also in other states of the country and other countries of the world. Millions of Indians are working abroad and any move with narrow approach of ruling Congress Party may create more confusion, chaos and conflicts. If Non Marathis working in the state of Maharastra unite together , agitate and launch a movement against the dictatorial and whimsical decision of the ruler I think it will lead to uncontrollable law and order situation in city like Mumbai.

And it is also true that thousands of Marathis passing out from hundreds of engineering, Medical, Biomedical and other professional Colleges in the state of Maharastra are employed elsewhere, especially in the southern states. Marathis who are doing their service in other states especially in southern states where all IT giants are situated do not understand the local language like Kannad, Tamil or Telgu. If state government in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh also make similar rules as framed for taxi drivers in Maharastra I think it will create havoc in the country and prove costly for unity and integrity of the country.

Lastly but not the least, even if it is assumed that politics and politicians of Maharastra may not depend on North Indians, it is bitter truth that at least economy of the state cannot run smoothly without the support of person of different skills hailing from not only different parts of the country but also different part of the world. There are many such industrial units when the country needs and seeks know-how as also technological support from other parts of the world and people coming from abroad do not know Marathi or Hindi or even English. Role of drivers in the economy cannot be under estimated and should be well respected .

I hope learned Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh, prudent thinker Ms Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi of National congress Party will take immediate step to nip in the bud and make all efforts to maintain unity and integrity of the country. Any dilly- dally attitude on such sensitive issues may bring Toofan in future. It is better to punish harshly person like Mr. Ashok Chauhan who do not have respect for the Constitution and who indulge in dirty politics , Raj Thakre brand politics which is condemned throughout the country. If Ashok chauhan is removed immediately it will send positive signal throughout the country and sound alarm bell for them who are also aspiring to follow the same dirty path if given an opportunity,

Please help to reduce prices

Prices of all edible food grains are continuously rising. In past three four decades I think price never shoot up so much high and so much quickly and speedily in the past, even during Indira’s rule. Prices are increasing brakeless and unabated. It seems more ridiculous when government claims that it is watchful and monitoring properly the trend of price. It gives the message that political leaders do not mean what they say.

Reason behind current price in my opinion is undoubtedly o Neta –Traders and Neta-share broker nexus and it is be beyond the control of the government or the administration. Mr. Sharad Pawar openly says prices will go up. When Ministers issues such irresponsible statement, market overreacts and it is natural. Even opposition parties are silent, almost silent. It shows there are also black sheep in opposition camp. In parliamentary system it is only opposition which can save people of India from misrule of ruling government. If opposition parties also become silent spectator of rising prices, people are helpless.

Media makes so much hue and cries through TV and print media every now and then. But there is none in the camp of ruling or opposition camp to bother. Ruling government has got a lame excuse and they always talk of global warming or global economic slowdown or bad climate and easily they hide the mistakes of Indian system and also underlying corruption, unethical profit making through hoarding and arbitrary fixing of rates on all commodities . Opposing parties due to their internal problems have also turned deaf ear to painful price rise.

Business house are however very much clever and they keep good relation with all political parties. Obviously leaders of all parties enjoy and it is only common men who suffer the most. Leaders of UPA government blame state governments for current price rise and accuse them for spurt in prices. But they forget that prices are rising even in those states where UPA is in power. When government is not bothered, let the public suffer and revolt against price rise.

Minister of external affairs advised students not to prefer education in Australia because it is not in their control to stop violence going on in Australia against Indians unabated. Now it is also possible that Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India will advise the common men to avoid buying commodities which are not in their reach and remain content with grass and tea leaves.

Punish Executive who resort to whimsical transfers to serve their vested interest

• Why officers and employees are not transferred out from the Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai etc. and on the contrary employees of states like Orrisa, Bihar, and Jharkhand are frequently transferred out of their states even violating transfer policies?

• Why some officers are always given rural posting whereas some other officers are even promoted without rural posting violating government guidelines in this regard?

• Why some officers are allowed to work in their Metro towns for decades whereas officers of other small towns and villages are to change their place of working every year or alternate year without any incentive or compensation?

• Is there no punishment for those executives who indulge in corrupt practices and resort to whimsical transfers to keep away all employees who may prove hurdle in their money making process?

• Why RBI remains silent spectator of ill-motivated CEOs of banks and allows the malady in banks to accumulate?

• It is worthwhile to mention here that unhappy lot of employees cannot think for and make efforts to keep bank healthy?

• Is human resource not capital in real sense in Banking Industry and for some VIP CEOs of Bank?
